This March, we transformed workplaces into vibrant studios of joy, colour, and connection. With a mix of festivals, awareness days, and playful engagement activities, employees had countless reasons to smile, appreciate one another, and celebrate togetherness.
Highlights of the Month
- World Compliment Day – 1st March
A simple “you’re amazing” goes a long way! Employees shared compliments with colleagues, spreading positivity and lifting spirits. - Employee Appreciation Day – 2nd March
Recognition is motivation. Leaders and peers came together to thank and appreciate their teams, reinforcing a culture of gratitude. - Marching Music Day – 4th March

Health and self-expression took centre stage. Non-smokers encouraged their peers to skip smoke breaks, while employees penned their personal stories, sharing feedback and ideas to shape a better workplace. - World Confession Day & World Shoe Day – 15th March
A day of release and kindness. Employees shared light-hearted confessions while also creating smiles by donating painted shoes to underprivileged children. - World Sleep Day – 16th March
