With a vast, geographically dispersed workforce, Quess needed a unified initiative that would spotlight its frontline and people managers, many of whom operate behind the scenes and make every employee feel seen, valued, and connected to their leaders. ExtraMile curated a multi-format appreciation campaign combining Radio podcasts and other virtual experiences, heartfelt storytelling, gratitude games, and digital recognition walls. Employees shared personalized appreciation notes, participated in leadership appreciation challenges in the form of Role-reversal games, and celebrated the “human” side of management through creative engagement formats.
Results
