With hybrid work becoming the norm, employee belonging and informal interactions had started to fade. The challenge was to recreate the energy of workplace communities virtually offering employees a space to connect beyond work while aligning with each firm’s wellness and engagement goals.

Every month, we run a series of virtual hobby clubs around themes like art, fitness, books, food, music, and mindfulness. Each club hosted monthly meetups, challenges, and showcases, curated and gamified to encourage participation. Employees joined clubs based on their interests, shared skills, and co-created experiences that helped build real connections across hierarchies and locations.
