This March, we transformed workplaces into vibrant studios of joy, colour, and connection. With a mix of festivals, awareness days, and playful engagement activities, employees had countless reasons to smile, appreciate one another, and celebrate togetherness.

Highlights of the Month

• World Compliment Day – 1st March
  A simple “you’re amazing” goes a long way! Employees shared compliments with colleagues, spreading positivity and lifting spirits.
• Employee Appreciation Day – 2nd March
  Recognition is motivation. Leaders and peers came together to thank and appreciate their teams, reinforcing a culture of gratitude.
• Marching Music Day – 4th March
  Offices turned lively with upbeat marching music. Employees danced, laughed, and recharged with pure energy.
• International Women’s Day – 8th March
  Through #EachForEqual fests and #EqualGames, teams celebrated inclusivity and empowerment, embracing equality at the workplace.
• Super Mario Day & Holi – 10th March
  A double celebration! From gaming zones featuring Mario to colourful Holi festivities, employees experienced joy, bonding, and festival cheer.
• No Smoking Day & Write Your Story Day – 14th March
  Health and self-expression took centre stage. Non-smokers encouraged their peers to skip smoke breaks, while employees penned their personal stories, sharing feedback and ideas to shape a better workplace.
• World Confession Day & World Shoe Day – 15th March
  A day of release and kindness. Employees shared light-hearted confessions while also creating smiles by donating painted shoes to underprivileged children.
• World Sleep Day – 16th March
  Sleep contests in the office? Yes! Teams embraced fun nap challenges that celebrated rest and relaxation.
• World Social Work Day – 17th March
  Employees gave back through CSR activities and community engagement, adding purpose to happiness.
• Let’s Laugh Day – 19th March
  From laughter yoga to informal “laugh breaks,” workplaces echoed with contagious joy.
• International Day of Happiness – 20th March
  The big one! Offices embraced the spirit of #HappyStudio—spreading smiles, cheer, and positivity across the floor.
• World Poetry Day – 21st March
